My healing journey started in my head...
I practiced sitting still in meditation, talking about my emotions and dreams in life coaching sessions, and read books on spirituality.
I took big steps, and felt better.
But pretty quickly I started to feel like there was something missing.
When I learned energy healing, I felt the energy move in my body, pulsing through my veins.
I started to have weird spiritual experiences where my body was twisting, sweating and shivering. It felt a bit scary, as I didn't have the language or tools to understand what was happening.

I found manifestation and things like "The Secret" and Law of Attraction many moons ago. I played around with it, used it, got some results but there was something that didn't click for me.
